  Hey Jacob,

  What is the exact error your are receiving when you try to join, and what is the make and model of the device you are using?

  Also, is this issue on a school network or a home network?

  The error was a "no_sig" error. I am on a MacBook. I used it on a school network, home network, and a personal Hotspot. However, my friend had no problem connecting.

  Who are you joining? Is your friend joining the same person?

  Is the person you are joining on the same network?
