I changed my student's email account, and now he can't access it with the new account. For he informs: 

Account switching detected

We were unable to verify your account. Please contact (email removed for protection) or cancel and try a different account. Note: (email removed for protection)
account was canceled by the admin and replaced by the new one. We tested it on another machine and the new account worked, but it didn't work on the student's machine. We tried several times to log in with the new account and it gave the same error. I uninstalled and installed Minecraft on the PC, and it continued with the same error. What should I do?

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.

  What do you mean by you "changed the student's email account"?  Do you have IT Admin access? Did you move the Minecraft Education license to an alternate email?

  Are they logged into Minecraft Education with that email on another device?

  Para o aluno acessar a conta do Minecraft Education, ele utilizava o email: minecraft4@newcodeschool.com.br.
  Este email foi excluído na conta do Administrador de TI, e gerei outro email para acesso a conta do Minecraft.
  Sim, eu tenho acesso de administrador de TI.

  Eu mudei o login de acesso do Minecraft Education para um outro email.

  O aluno não possui apenas um computador para acessar o Minecraft Education, ele não tem este login em outro dispositivo. 

  Agora ele não consegue efetuar o login com a nova conta que foi criada para ele.

  Segue uma foto do erro.

  Hey there!

  Thanks for the info.

  Try these steps:

  1. navigate to this area in your C folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Education\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe
  2. open options.txt
  3. hit ctrl F and search for ad_stay_signed_in and change the value to 0
  4. search for ad_edu_remember_me and change value to 0
  5. save and close the file
  6. relaunch Minecraft Education
