Error: P2P/SIG: no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery)

I know there are several articles relating to 'P2P/SIG.'
I've read through the articles, but there seems to be no clear resolution.
So I submitted this question here.

I use Minecraft Education v1.20.12.
I had been enjoying multiplayer using two Windows 10 PCs until August 2023.
However, today (18 September 2023), I found that I can't connect the host PC.
The host PC shows the error message 'P2P/SIG: no_session (Empty Auth from Discovery).'

 

It is strange that Minecraft suddenly malfunctioned.

As a last resort, I uninstalled Minecraft and removed all files related to it, including any registry keys.
Then, I installed Minecraft from scratch.
Unfortunately, the error message appeared again.

If there is a solution, please advise me.
