Technical Error When Joining Host on Multiplayer

Hi..i have issue when try to join host on multiplayer in our school. Error shows as "Unable to connect. Please restart your client. P2P/SIG : no_sessions (Empty Auth from Discovery)" Could anyone help regarding this matter?
