MacOS version get freeze during account not login
OS: Ventura 13.5.2
Minecraft Java educational edition 1.20.12.0
I have tried to login with a corporate account that is not register as teacher account, so I did a mistake. Since then the software tried to login and keep frozen in the "sign-in" screen.
So I decided to delete the software and delete all trace in my systems so I could try with a different account, btu to my surprise it didnt work and keep asking to login with the same account in auto sign in mode
How can I prevent the software to use that account to login ?
How can I reset the account to login with?
How can I stop the auto signing ?

Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the resource download. We have a step that might help.
Mac cache Path:
1. Close Game (Backup any worlds if you wish)
2. Go command in Finder.
press Command-Shift-G and then paste the target directory~/Library/Application Support/minecraftpe/games/com.mojang
and press Enter3. Backup folder to a different location and Delete Folder from this location
And delete the "resource pack" folder. Please let us know if this helps!

Hey there,
Thanks for the info, hmmm...
We could try to back up your worlds and uninstall and reinstall using our uninstall tool:
Perhaps this method will reset things as you expected them to.

Hey JJ,
If you're having issues with that file, you can do a regular uninstall of the app and run a registry cleaner on your system. CCleaner is a free software that I have personally had success with.
Once you have done that, try reinstalling Minecraft Education and let us know if you are still having the same issue.

I used "AppZapper" and "Delete App" with the same result.
So, I looked for CCleaner for MacOS I thought it was only a windows tool, and I cleaned it again and download a fresh version of minecraft education.
No progress the situation exactly the same, it ties to use the account I dont want to use wihtout option to remove it and the only solution to close the program is use a force quit because when you try to quit it doesnt respond.0 -
Hey JJ,
Can you try creating a new account on your device and try signing in on that device?
If you still receive the error, you may need to back up your info and format your device.
