Can't purchase licenses
I have had difficulty adding licenses to my Education account. I have the app downloaded but when I try to add licenses I get a "you are not eligible" message. However, I have confirmed that our school is eligible and I have the highest level of administrative control on the school Microsoft account. I have been working on this issue with no resolution for literally months. Is there anyone out there who can help me?
