Dowloading world gets "Please wait while Windows configures Minecraft Education"
Whenever I try to download a world, I get a "Please wait while Windows configures Minecraft Education" message. It starts loading, but after a while when it says 1 minute left it just either stops completely or goes back to saying 4 minutes left. I know from past experience that this is not supposed to happen and that it should download immediately.

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.
What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?
Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?
Is this a home network or school network?
Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

Hello,
My OS version is a windows 11. I am on the latest version of Minecraft Education, and since it is a computer I use at school it is a school network and a school managed account. Since I am not using the computer as of now, I'm not sure of the device make/model, but I do know it is completely up to date and has downloaded worlds before, it just isn't doing it now.
However, I did get a reply on a seperate post I did saying that I should press the import button in the game instead of opening up the mcworld file by double-clicking the file explorer. Would that stop the dialog box from poping up?
