How can I connect others on my school iPad when I’m home?

So, I just got a new iPad from the DOE, and I want to play Minecraft education with my friends, but there is a zscaler VPN installed. How can I connect with my friends even when I’m home?

  Hey there,

  You will need to reach out to your school's IT admin to see if your school / the proxy allows for connecting to your friends off a school network.

  So I ask my technology coordinator, because he gave me the iPad.

  Sounds good! Ask them if they had any issues with Zscaler and Minecraft Education interacting in the past and if everything is set up for Minecraft Education to do multiplayer with your friends off network.

  The tech coordinator will be your best bet in answering the questions you have. Maybe they can point you to a DOE contact that can answer your questions if they cannot.
