NO PUEDO REGISTRARME
Buenas tardes
tengo una cuenta escolar de Minecraft Education y desde hace un mes no me deja acceder cuando me registro, me sale este error
He eliminado el programa y lo he vuelto a reinstalar, lo he reparado... Pero nada, el problema persiste. La cuenta funciona porque lo he intentado con el telefono movil y si funciona,pero en el PC, no. Que solucion existe?

Es un Hp personal. El programa ha estado funcionando hasta hace aproximadamente un mes o mes y medio, que empezo a darme problemas de registro.

ya lo he probado, pero tampoco funciona. Lo he probado con la wifi del centro educativo y no funciona tampoco.

I know you mentioned you did already, but I would recommend backing up your worlds, try uninstalling and reinstalling again from https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download once more.
Additionally, please check any virus protection or proxies on the device, and make sure Minecraft Education is allowlisted on them.

You can find your world files here - https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4404785703316-Location-of-World-Files, select them all, and delete them all at once if you would like to :)

- Does the issue only occur in single player, multiplayer, or both?
