Can't sign in with the email I made my account with. I homeschooled so what can I do?

Good Afternoon, 

I'm trying to sign in to Minecraft EDU for my children without paying to get the free 10 login trial. They are homeschooled so I don't have a school email or account. What do I need to do to get the email it wants to sign in?
