    Sorry to hear! Did you uninstall your previous version then install the new one?

    What device and OS were you on?

    Was it a school managed account or a personal account?

    I uninstalled the old version, It was on windows, I was on OS 22621.2134 and it was personal but I used my school acount to sign in. Is there anything you can do to  help???

    When you updated versions, did you install from the Windows store or the Minecraft Education desktop installer?
    If you used the windows store, try uninstalling and reinstalling using the desktop installer and vice versa.

    Be sure to back up your worlds in the future as well, as these things can happen.
