Minecraft - the usual 'You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.' error
Hi,
I followed the following page to purchase Minecraft Education for ourself as a family:

I completed point 1 and point 2 so I already purchased Minecraft.
I just wanted to complete 3.1 (i.e. logging in to Microsoft Admin Center but when I typed the email that I used to buy Minecraft but it says that
You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.
It's pretty disappoiting.
Could you please help how I could use Minecraft Education? Or at least how can I get my money back? I wouldn't like to pay for something that I can't use.

Hey Viktor,
You will need to log into Microsoft Admin Center using the Microsoft account you created. It should look like this:
Username@domain.onmicrosoft.com
If you can't remember it, let me know and we can create a ticket and help you recover it.

Hi - I am facing the same issue. Tried signing in using the omni soft domain . It still doesnt allow me to sign in. Could you please advise.

Are your licenses commercial licenses or school issued licenses?
