I have the " can't connect to the network" error
I have checked with the school's I.T. and they have a licence, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it is still happening

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.
How many devices affected?
What make OS version? Make/Model?
Has it worked prior?I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.
It is also worth checking all the URL's found here ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- ) are allowlisted on any virus protection programs or proxies
