Minecraft education software and files gone
Hi,
When logging onto my laptop this morning I've noticed the Minecraft software was gone and I wasn't able to access my world files after March on my local server.
I reinstalled the app and everything has gone. No traces of any files.
Is there any way I can retrieve my files. I was in the middle of some big projects with my students, they will be devastated when they find out ...

Oh no! Sorry to hear!
The only copies are stored locally so there are no cloud backups, so unless you emailed them at some point I believe they are gone.
We recommend exporting every so often to avoid data loss:
