Having issues please help

So every time I open it then turns black then closes I have uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing and did a ticket that did not help

  This sounds like it may be a driver issue. Can you let us know what type of device and OS version it is? Try checking for updates and re-scaling your resolution to see if any help.
