Cannot sign in. Error message appears.

Everytime i try to sign in, it says there was an error and it cannot sign me in. this hasnt ever happened before.

  Are you on a commercial account or a school managed account?

  Are you on a commercial or school managed device?

  Are you on the most recent version of Minecraft Education? 

  Can you post the error screenshot (leaving out personal info)?
