Can't joint worlds on iPad
I work in a school i Sweden and we have previously been able to join each others worlds on Minecraft Education. And then one day there was a new button - import, that had'nt been there before. Since then no one can join anyones world. We have a project in school where I as a teacher have a world that the students go into but now no one can enter. We have tried restarting the game, reinstalled, as well as restarting the iPads but nothing works. Can anyone help us solve this problem? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with multiplayer. We are seeing a trend of multiplayer issues since the update and we are gathering info to help resolve.
Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
Please ensure everyone is on the latest same latest version. It will just take one that is not on the latest update, joinee or host, to make things behave unexpectedly.
What is the make / model / OS version of the joinees and host?
How many players would you say are affected?If you would like, I can make a ticket for us, we can loop your school IT Admin in, and lets grab a PCAP (packet capture) .
