Can't enter the password

When I'm trying to enter the password for starting the game field is not active

  Hey there,

  I am unclear of the issue. Are you unable to put your cursor in the password field?

  What  device and OS version are you on?

  Are you on the most updated version of Minecraft Education?

  I have the same problem. I go on to type the password so i can login, but although it seem active, when i type the letters, it wont put them in the password field. I tried using the On screen keyboard but nothing happened.

  Try using an external keyboard or the touch screen if the device is touch. My first guess is that the drivers for your keyboard may need to be update or reinstalled. It could also be due to the password window freezing. This can happen if an antivirus program is scanning the app when you are trying to put your credentials in.
