  I am sorry to hear about your issue. The iPad may have Content and Privacy Restrictions turned on, within settings. Once these were turned off, the error may clear. Let us know if this helps.

  Hi, 

  this is occurring for both my kids. They had been playing it fine and then one day could not access the app.

  Are you on a commercial or school managed device?

  Are you on the most recent version of Minecraft Education?
