Unable to sign-in can't connect to the service
Internet works perfect (sending from the same device) but says it can't connect. We have 4 students accounts who cannot do this in one classroom, and also have some students where it worked yesterday but today it asked them to sign in and this is the error message.

Please double check that there are not two versions of Minecraft Education installed on your device.
That is the common cause for this issue. Let us know!
