Sign in problems

I cant sign in its showing a file in the screen and I pressed done and it didn’t sign me in. I tried three times and it didn’t work.

  Same thing for me it’s telling me to download a file but it does nothing and I don’t get logged in 

  In on IOS 16.4.1 and Minecraft Version 1.19.52

  For me it said: Not able to connect to the service. (In french) sorry for bad translation.

  Martin-Jonathan we normally see the "not able to connect to the service" error when there are two different copies of Minecraft Education installed on a PC.  Take a look at this article for more details:  Troubleshoot the Can’t Connect to the Service Error – Minecraft Education
