how do I summon/place a camera with commands?

I want to make a photographer with an npc. So I want to place a camera infront of the npc when I click a button in the npc's dialog menu. /setblock or /summon is not working

  Hey there!

  I do not believe the NPC can act as a camera, but the NPC can give you a camera!

  You can also get one on your own by going into creative mode then typing camera. If you want to take a "selfie", simply right click the ground with your camera in your hand to place the camera, then right click the camera again to take a picture.

  Would it be possible to have the commands in the NPC be done as execute @initiator commands to place the camera?
  /execute @initiator ~~~ setblock well no I don't see camera in the list there.
  What about summon maybe we can summon the camera entity.  No I'm not finding camera in that list either.
  How does the camera item transform into the selfie camera?
  
  It might just require giving the initiator the camera and then they need to place and take the selfie manually as Danny said.
