Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.
Try to not click "Host" when launching the world and click "Play" instead and host after you load into the world that way, let us know if that fixes the issue!

I try host but no it isn't;; error same thing.. and bedrock error same no_session same network no_session

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Can you tell me if you are on the Beta? For the live version multiplayer should be up and running. If you are on the Beta, multiplayer is having issues that we are investigating. Let us know if you are still having issues on the live version. If you are there might be something on your network scanning/blocking network traffic. Make sure to check all extensions and filters that are in place.

Can you try to host the world by clicking Play then Host after you are in the world to see if that changes the issue?

My classroom started having this same issue this morning with Minecraft Education on Windows 10.
Clicking Play then Host after in the world did not help. :(
