i cant sign in

I've restarted my computer many times. I click the sign in button but it doesnt work. i dont know why it doesnt work. My game was working last week. This is also on a school laptop btw

  Thanks for the feedback.

  We have seen this issue occur when the users do not have  "Read/Write permissions" for the application.
  Could this be possible?

  What make OS version? Make/Model?
  Has it worked prior?

  I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.

  It is also worth checking all the URL's found here ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- ) are allowlisted on any virus protection programs or proxies
