Password Issues
Hi I am a teacher, with the new patch in M.E.E a lot of our students can no longer sign into Minecraft. Our emails are working however it is not recognising the department password. It is saying
"Your account or password is incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now."
I have checked the password for other sites like connect, and and it worked perfectly fine. I don't think it's a password issue, I have unlocked the students multiple times to make sure they weren't locked.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hmm, that doesn't sound like a Minecraft Education specific error. I would reach out to your IT admin to see if they may know more. If you are the IT admin, I would recommend looking into any proxies or firewalls that may be on the network as well.
