Hi,

ChromeOS. Game is fully updated. Computer is updated.

Out of a whole class set of Chromebooks, two latops have a persistent problem. The game loads and the player can login to a world. However, when looking in any direction with the mouse or trackpad, it snaps back to the initial place that it was looking. So there is no way to look around, within about a second of looking in any direction it snaps.

  How do I add a video to this box? Only option is picture.

  I would try to reset the controls to defaults. Sometimes players change the keybinds and then it leads to weird results when someone else tries to play.
