Bedrock Iron Farms Not Working - Iron Golems Do Not Spawn

While teaching my students to use structure blocks to copy structures, redstone builds, and farms, we discovered that a standard iron farm does not work on our Minecraft Education. The villagers all have different jobs and none attach to the fletching tables. No cats or iron golems spawn.

  I got a farm to work, but only cats spawn.

  Hey there,

  Do the iron golems spawn at all on their own in villages? 

  Which iron farm did you use? Could you provide a link? Some are outdated.

  I am having the same issue with my students.
  
  We have tried multiple methods and even watched a large standard village operate once the Iron Golem has been removed. No new golems are spawned on Education Version. Only cats.

   

  Anyone found a solution?
