I can't login

Hi i am trying to login but it always says something is went wrong check your internet connection and try again but i don't have a problem with my internet i'm using an android device (xiaomi 11t)

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error, I have some steps to go through for troubleshooting:

  1.)Have you allow listed all URLs from this page on any virus protection programs you may have? : https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide-

  Does it work on a different network?

  2.) Back up any worlds, Uninstall and Reinstall 

  3.) Is the OS on the latest version? If not, I would recommend updating to latest OS version.

  If this is a school device, make sure you use a personal device. If this is a school network, then there are blocks in place that are preventing your communication with our servers. You can try using your phones Wi-Fi to see if that helps.

  Do check if ME isn't installed twice! That also gives this error.
