How do I add skins

I've been trying to add a skin i made and i downloaded it as a mcpack file but  whenever i try to import it the file fails what do i do?

  Hey there!

  Minecraft: Education Edition doesn't support custom skins, custom mods, custom modpacks or custom texture packs because of the chance of world corruption.

  Maybe someone in the community can share their experiences with custom skins. I hope you understand!

  Could be a lot of things Demetri Thomas.

  I'll ask some questions to see if we can narrow down what the issue is. 

  Have you added unique UUIDs in the manifest file?
