    This may be due to your certs needing to be refreshed. We identified a cert that was causing issues and resolved it over the weekend last weekend. Those with the old cert cached had issues logging in but we resolved with a new cert. The change should be automatic but depending on your infrastructure you may manually need to refresh the cert.

    The students are using iPads, so the solution is to reinstall the application to get the new cert ?

    Hey there,

    The cert refresh was on our end. It should have been solved the same day.

    Let us know if you are still receiving the error when you sign in and we can dig in further. If you are still receiving an error, it is unlikely to do with the cert issue since that was solved already. Feel free to add a screenshot without any personal info so we can support further! :)
