Minecraft EED not loading Macbook air
Hello. I am on a Macbook air trying to use Minecraft: Education Edition. It used to work before but now it isn't. I have deleted all of my installations and redownloaded it in attempt to fix this issue. It will show that it's loading, and then it will stop and nothing will happen. Sometimes it'll load and say "verifying minecraft education edition" and then ask about opening it since it's an app from the internet- I hit okay, and it doesn't do anything. I can get it to the screen where it has the choice between minecraft education edition and applications, but once I click on minecraft education edition it does nothing. This is for 1.18.

I am having a similar issue, where, as it opens it freezes. Sometimes it logs me in, but it hasn't given me the any menu options on my Mac.
I did reinstall the program twice, but that didn't help.
I'm commenting here to see if this is a known issue or if it has a new solution.

Otherwise, an option could be to try our beta to see if that helps with the issue at all:
Make sure to back up all your worlds before uninstalling and reinstalling the beta!
