    One other step you can try is to reduce the render distance.  

    Here's how:

    • Pause your game and open settings
    • Open the Video settings
    • At the bottom of the settings page, drop it down to 9 chunks or lower

    Nothing worked. I've tried all options and asked her for her external IP(what do you do with it?). The last session was about 5 minutes before it said detected lost connection again. Any solutions?
