my world has a problem

my world mode is survival and im an opperator but it is not letting me break or place blocks and i double checked to make sure my world to survival and it is and i dont know how to fix it

  Do you hear any sounds when you try to break something?

  Check your "immutable world" setting in Settings, make sure that is turned off. 

  Let me know how that goes! If the issue persists, we can make a ticket and continue troubleshooting there.
