  Hello my old phone burned out and i'm out of the world of my mockup and I'm on another cell phone logged into this account and without the world

  I am sorry but worlds are saved locally on the device it was created on. If you did a backup of the world, you can import it from that source to your new device. If your other phone still turns on and you have it you might be able to work with your carrier to have that data transferred over to your new phone. I hope that helps.
