When my Mac was first attempted to be updated it didn't work so the IT admins asked me to erase my computer and save all my files on a USB or drive. The updating then worked and so did MEE. I think...

My MEE has recently stopped working again. I don't know why. The screen has frozen just like it used to and now I can't quit it except using force quit.
