I’d like to ask, what do you mean by “open another copy of the game”? I’m on an iPad. Also, I’ve tried out all your troubleshooting tips, and none of them worked.

All I know is that I’m on version 1.18.42. I don’t know how to find the specs.

I did that, but now it says it is restricted. It has never said any of the other times I clicked on it.
