I have not seen a toggle for sneak, but I have not looked. :-) Regarding your display name in game, that is editable on the Microsoft admin portal.

With MinecraftEdu, you both have to have the same @schoolname in your account, or you cannot play together.

Be careful with that RESET button -- you would clear all of your stored projects. That is not a good solution at all.

I believe that the cleanest way to do this is to have a new world for every class.
