Im not really sure if there is a solution for this problem, @Gurjarnail Singh, because they still didn't isolate the issue, and apple is still not releasing support for nativeclient on ios.

Are you also investigating this issue to fix NYCDOE sign in problems due to the client file on personal IOS devices, because i use a personal Iphone and Ipad to play this game.
