i found out how to fix it for windows users click stoarage settingsclick Apps & Features if yours work it should look like mine after you search minecraft,if it looks like mine and doesnt work down...

My sister cant login to Minecraft edu it says “we can’t connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again” and it’s been like that for almost two months...
