There is no baby Ender Dragon in ALL Minecraft versions. But, using commands, its possible that you can ride a ender dragon.

Yes. Woodland Mansions do exist. Me and my brother found one in complete survival. And yes, it was in EDU.

Yes you can. For Survival, set cheats off, and set the gamemode to survival. Its the closest you get get for normal survival.
