Sorry None of these are working and it is on a windows personal laptop It wont allow to press setting or anything else it only allows him to change his skin

MY student installed a shader pack and now he cannot access the Minecraft EDU
It comes up with play when he clicks it nothing happens and it stays on the home screen if he clucks settings it stays on the home screen.We have tried uninstalling an re-installing the shader stays
