Codes being temporary is a good security feature -- plus the Internet is not without interruptions, so it's not practical. Furthermore, a static IP address is more stable than a four picture code. :-)

You could build a world outside of the game and then convert it to MCEE -- have you looked at https://www.amuletmc.com/?

Worldedit is a plugin for Java Minecraft, not Minecraft: Education Edition. I do recommend it for Java!
