my friends are moving on their screen but not mine
its really laggy, My friends show me their screen and I look at mine and it doesn't show they are moving Does anyone know how to fix this?

when i try to join my friends world it says "locating server" for a long time and when i get in its very laggy
So it will say "locating server" for a good 5-10 minutes. I finally got in, but it was very laggy my friends were moving on their compter but were stuck on everyone elses.
