I would personally reccomend the packs in the description of this YouTube video. I personally use the Ovo's Rustic Redeption pack but there are 6 others to choose from.

If it is a school computer, I would reccomend contacting your IT Department as they will sometimes restrict Microsoft Store apps.

I was using Windows 8.1 and even after resetting it, I couldn't install it so I had to upgrade to the first version of Windows 10, then the latest and it worked (couldn't go straight to the latest ...
