I am having the same problem. I tried deleting the resource file and starting over. It gets as far as downloading resources window and then freezes!!! Please help.

Hi.   The app just hangs and even the text is blurry. We have tried the beta version and that doesn’t work either. What should be looking at on our network specifically? Also, how are the others on...
