check with your technology director or whoever manages you device. There is probably a system wide program like go guardian that is blocking access to games.

I have seen this issue a couple of times. I would try restarting your computer and/or checking for windows/mac/ChromeOS updates (whichever operating system you have) and then try to load in again.
