  Yes my post did get deleted. I have the same issue with the screen going black. I hope this is helpful information. Acer Chromebook spin 311. Manufacture date 12-15-2020. Model N19Q10. OS 32-bit 104.0.5112.83 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
