Disconnects players

This is a known issue we are having that the Devs are trying to resolve. On August 9th we updated our services and in order to host or join multiplayer worlds, networks need to allow list a new URL. The new URL is https://*.minecraft-services.net/. If you don't know the process for allow listing in the network, you may need to work with your ISP for that procedure. Let me know if this helps or changes the issue.

We, and other schools of our community, have been dealing with the same situation. Students will get disconnected all at the same time when someone new tryies to connect. This is hitting us hard. Do you have any updates?

An upcoming patch that should release soon will address this and hopefully resolve it. I am asking for an ETA but don't have one to provide at this time. Please bear with us as we work on this issue.

Just wanted to add that I experienced this issue as well yesterday. It occurred on Chromebooks, mobile devices, and Windows.
