Minecraft goes dark and won't load
I tried playing minecraft today and a few of my students was unable to log in because it froze on the "mojang" screen and went super dark. We tried to uninstall and install the game, turn the chromepad on and off, and closing the app and opening it again.
Have anyone else had this issue, and does anyone have a solution?

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Can you tell me the OS version of your Chromebook and if you have updated your google play store? You may need to contact your IT department to take a look at the crash reports to see what is causing the issue. You may be able to find those crash reports here chrome:/system. Try seeing if adding https://*.minecraft-services.net/, World.relay.skype.com, and turn.azure.com. to the allow list on the network helps the issue at all. You may also need to consider power washing the Chromebook to clear out and corrupt profiles that may be on the device.
