"On Player Use Fishing Pole" block

In the Computer Science Coding Tutorials lesson series, "Events", the application series of 4 activities asks you to code "on player use fishing pole" and "on player use food" but these blocks don't appear to exist. Am I missing something or is this really not possible?  Thank you!

  Could it be referring to the "on item used" player block?  You can select fishing pole and different kinds of food from the dropdown menu.
